Chocolate Truffles

  • 160g Golden Oatz

  • 150g of cream cheese

  • 2-3 tablespoons icing sugar/ honey/ condensed milk

  • 1 bowl chocolate coins


  1. Finely ground 160g Golden Oatz and put in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix together 150g of cream cheese and add 3 spoons of icing sugar.

  3. Add fresh milk until get a moldable texture.

  4. Make a round shape and place it on a baking sheet.

  5. Cool in the refrigerator.

  6. Melt chocolate coins and coat each cookie and decorate.

  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is dry.

  8. Place on a plate or cake container and serve.
