Chocolate Tart (No Bake)

Ingredients:

  • Around 150g biscuits Calcium Cracker (approximately 8 sachets)

  • 1/3 cup of melted butter

  • 250g dark chocolate

  • 200ml dairy whipping cream

  • 1 big spoon of butter


Steps:


Tart

  • Crush all luxury calcium cracker biscuits and put melted butter.

  • Put them into a bowl and mix.

  • Spread the mixture evenly in a mold and chill in the freezer about 30 minutes.

Ganache

  • Melt dark chocolate, dairy whipping cream, and 1 big spoon of butter together in a pot using a double boiler method.

  • Put the mixture on the tart.

  • Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator overnight.
